No, orders for fresh meat are dispatched on Tuesdays. Orders for fresh meat need to be placed by Wednesday midnight for delivery the following week. ordering in-between this time does not guarantee your order will be dispatched the week of placement.

Of course, we love meeting your pets. Just remember, all pets have to be on a lead in store and please toilet before entering.

Yes we have a cut off day each week, midnight Wednesday’s. Place your order after the cut off and your order is not guaranteed for delivery the coming week. Once your order is placed you will receive a dispatch date and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive this within 3 days please contact us.

You can track your order once your order has been picked up by the cold courier, where you should receive a email and a text on the day your order is being delivered.

When placing an order online your card details will be safely stored for your order to then be charged once your order is packed and ready. As all our pricing is per kilo we are not able to charge your card as you place your order, you will be charged once your order is packed and weighed for correct pricing. Please keep in mind your total may fluctuate up to 15% under or over the estimated total.

Orders under $50 (excluding delivery fee) will incur a $4.50 packing and handling fee. We understand spending $50 is not achievable for all so we do accept orders under $50, keep in mind there will be a $4.50 packing and handling fee.

Raw goods are delivered via cold courier, most items are sent frozen in 1kg bags. If you would like your items bagged in particular sized quantities; 2.5kg or 500g etc please specify when ordering. Portion sized bags (1kg and under) do incur a 40c baggage fee per bag.

Absolutely, our store is open 7 days a week. Just select pick up when ordering and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Or better yet give us a call on 02 4571 3368 for immediate response.

All fresh produce can not be returned for change of mind. Any other item purchased online can be returned for credit as long as the store has been notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods, the item/s are unopened and all packaging is in tact. All postage and freight expenses for change of mind returns are the expense of the customer.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, Saturday from 9am-4pm and Sunday 10am- 3pm.
