New look and improved recipe. Prime100 Kangaroo & Pumpkin is a novel, hypoallergenic, single protein diet created for dogs with suspected food sensitivities, skin allergies or digestive issues. Ideal for elimination diets, food trials or to be fed as an ongoing maintenance diet. This complete and balanced, low-fat diet is formulated for adult and senior dogs with acute gastrointestinal indications such as pancreatitis, IBD or diabetes. Added pumpkin is a rich source of fibre and supports urinary health. Algae extracts and oils boost the immunity and strengthen the digestive system in dogs.
Our functional protein, select ingredient diets are made in small batches and packed raw in their final packaging, then gently steam cooked and allowed to rest for up to 24 hours. Serve straight from your fridge!
Whole pumpkin is perfect to assist dogs with low to acute digestion issues, and has been shown to improve digestion and urinary health in dogs of all life stages. Pumpkin seeds are known for the benefits to the overall urinary health of dogs, but also pumpkin is high in vitamins A, C, E, and alpha carotene (a powerful antioxidant). Being high in fibre, pumpkin promotes a ‘feeling of fullness’, even if fewer calories are being consumed. This satiety can help aid weight loss by helping decrease the animal’s hunger. High fibre can also act as a laxative, keeping the dog’s gastrointestinal tract moving with regularity.
